In June of 2024, the SoftImprove team met in Frankfurt, Germany to discuss the status of the SoftImprove project and finalize the structure for the training modules. On day 1 the consortium discussed, in detail, each of the course sections–Personal Skills, Social Skills, and Methodological Skills–and each of their respective modules.
Hosted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany e.V. (ITKAM), one of the Soft Improve partners, this meeting was crucial in ensuring the entire team approves of the course content and vision for the soft skill training platform.

On day 2, the team discussed their decisions from the previous day and answered any remaining questions about the course materials. The group addressed next steps, the planning for future multiplier events, administrative information, financial details, and finalized the plan moving forward.

The platform hosting SoftImprove is available as open source material. This dedicated team has created SoftImprove as a tool for individuals and organizations to improve critical soft skills such as Leadership, Self-Motivation, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, and more.
