SoftImprove is an European Project with the aim of provide professionals and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and practice of soft skills. Soft skills are personal and interpersonal skills that influence how people interact, communicate, and work with others. They are essential for teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in professional and personal environments.

In this project we have developed an academy to practice in implementing a high variety of soft skills such as time management, self-motivation, conflict resolution, teamwork, leadership, problem solving, etc.

To experience soft skills in a real environment, we have also developed a Virtual Reality experience in which you can observe situations where soft skills are important to be used properly. A good management of soft skills can be useful for both your professional and personal life.

Virtual Reality Experience

In this experience, you step into the role of an employee who has been working at a Full-Service Business Solution Provider company for three months. Recorded with a 360º video camera and featuring actors in a real setting, this scenario places you at the center of workplace tensions. You and your colleagues are struggling to cope with an overwhelming workload, each reacting in their own way. As the user, your task is to carefully observe their interactions, paying close attention to the soft skills they apply—and those that are missing.
