On 26 November 2024, ITKAM – Italienische Handelskammer für Deutschland e. V. (Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany e.V., ITKAM) hosted an engaging and informative event at the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Schule auditorium in Frankfurt to present the Erasmus+ Soft Improve project.
The meeting gathered approximately 56 participants, including educators, professionals, students, and entrepreneurs, fostering a collaborative atmosphere focused on enhancing soft skills for employability and career success.

The event opened with a warm welcome from the school's headmaster and ITKAM’s COO, Christine Schattner, followed by an introduction to ITKAM’s mission and ongoing initiatives. Marina Cenedese then provided an overview of Erasmus+ KA2 projects, highlighting their role in promoting educational innovation and cross-border collaboration.
The central presentation on Soft Improve outlined its goals, methodologies, and anticipated impact on professional and educational settings. This segment was well-received, sparking interest and stimulating positive discussions among attendees.
A dynamic Q&A session followed, facilitated through the Slido app. This interactive format encouraged participants to ask questions and share insights, fostering an engaging exchange of ideas.
